A Bachelor Graduate from the Faculty of Law at the University of North Sumatera, Fadel is a licensed attorney recognized by PERADI. He possesses extensive experience in handling various cases, including business disputes among companies, private and criminal law matters, both in general and specific areas like labor, inheritance, and family law. Fadel is particularly passionate about furthering his expertise in criminal and labor law.

Prior to his tenure at the Law Office FCS & Partners, he gained valuable experience working with the renowned Jakarta-based law firm, Adnan Buyung Nasution & Partners.
