Undergradute from the Faculty of Law, University of North Sumatera, and Master in Economic from Universitas Syiah Kuala. Has licensed by PERADI. He was Head of Legal Bureau of Provincial Government of North Sumatera. He is also a lecturer in private university in Medan City, North Sumatera.
